I8live Terms & Conditions – Official Malaysia Platform Usage Agreement

To register and use the i8live platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Is legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement under local law.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register of any related gaming platform.
• Register using only accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, identification number, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and all associated accounts will be closed.

By registering an i8live account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree to notify i8live of any changes to your personal details. i8live is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information submitted by members.

All financial transactions on i8live – whether deposits or withdrawals – are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Accepted methods are:

• DuitNow – Instant transfers between Malaysian banks
• FPX – Including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and other major Malaysian banks
• Touch 'n Go eWallet – Direct deposits and withdrawals to your eWallet
• GrabPay – Via the GrabPay Malaysia app
• Boost – Via the Boost Malaysia app
• ShopeePay – Via the ShopeePay Malaysia app

Deposit Limits: The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. Maximum limits depend on the payment method and the member's VIP tier. Deposits are processed within 3 minutes for all methods listed above under normal conditions.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. Daily maximum limits vary by VIP tier – from RM10,000 for Bronze members up to no limit for Diamond VIP members. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Any attempt to use unauthorised payment methods, third-party accounts or fraudulent payment details will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

All bonuses and promotions offered by i8live are subject to specific terms set for each offer. The general conditions that apply to all i8live bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus comes with turnover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. These conditions are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses may only be used by the entitled recipient and are non-transferable to any other account.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per member, per household, and per device/IP address.
• The bonus validity period begins from the date the bonus is credited. Any unused bonus that expires within the validity period will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
• I8live reserves the right to withdraw any bonus credited in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Any activity deemed as bonus abuse – including hedging, bonus-related wagering across multiple accounts, or suspicious betting patterns – will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

The use of all games on the i8live platform – including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, e-sports, lottery, blackjack and roulette – is subject to each game's specific rules as well as the following general terms:

• All game outcomes are final once the round, hand, or match has concluded. No appeals may be made against results already recorded by the system.
• Slot games and software-based games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditing bodies. All outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.
• For Sports Betting and e-sports (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and more) – all bets are settled based on the odds at the time the bet is placed. Odds are subject to change before the bet is confirmed.
• Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved in accordance with i8live's relevant technology policy. If a game cannot be completed, the wager will be voided and the original amount returned to the account balance.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

I8live members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities, which will result in immediate action including account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person or using a falsified identity.
• Opening or using more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in any form of money laundering through the i8live platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any unauthorised software, scripts or technical methods to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the system.
• Abusing the bonus system includes opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or harassing manner toward support staff or other members on the platform.

Protecting your personal data is a top priority at i8live. All information collected during registration and platform use is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy full i8live terms and applicable data protection laws.

The security measures we implement to protect your data include:

• 256-bit SSL Encryption for all communications between your device and our servers.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) which members can activate for added security.
• 24/7 Account Monitoring to proactively detect suspicious activity.
• Password storage using secure hashing methods – your password is never stored in plain text.

I8live is fully committed to healthy and responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your personal budget through your account settings.
• Session Time Limit: Set a session time reminder when you play beyond the duration you have chosen.
• Cooling-Off (Temporary Break): Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months, with no complicated process.
• Self-Exclusion: If needed, you may apply for a long-term self-exclusion, which means your account will be permanently closed and cannot be reopened.

I8live will not accept deposits or permit gameplay from any member who has been placed on the self-exclusion list. Strict age verification is enforced at registration, and i8live reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

I8live reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any member account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term contained in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate.
• Activity suspected or confirmed to involve fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.
• Valid self-exclusion requests submitted by the member.
• Instructions from the relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

When an account is closed due to a terms violation, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses or winnings obtained through activity that breached the terms) may be recoverable subject to a case review process. i8live's decision in such matters is final.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the i8live support team via live chat. All eligible balances will be returned via the same payment method used for the last deposit within 5 business days.

The i8live platform is provided "as is", with every effort made to ensure it runs smoothly, securely, and reliably. However, i8live makes no absolute guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted platform availability at all times – scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause temporary disruptions.
• The accuracy of odds or sports data displayed in real time, which relies on third-party data sources.
• Losses resulting from internet disruptions on the member's end during an active game session.

I8live is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by members through use of the platform, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful fraud by i8live itself. i8live's total liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

I8live reserves the right to amend, update or modify any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to provide reasonable notice to members when significant changes occur, through:

• Notice on the i8live platform homepage.
• Email notification to the member's registered email address.
• In-account notice displayed upon member login.

The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when these terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the i8live platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the i8live platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. The Malay language version of this document is the binding version for all Malaysian members.
